Shipping policy
The "standard delivery" service will be delivered by the postal service or courier of the destination country. You may need to sign for it when you pick it up. Therefore, please make sure that someone at the delivery address can pick up the package during office hours.
Q: Will you deliver to all parts of the world?
A: Except for products containing batteries, such as mobile power supplies, they can be sent to all parts of the world. Power banks are temporarily only sold in Mainland China and Hong Kong.
Q: How long does it take for the order to be shipped?
A: The order will take 1-2 working days to ship. If the goods you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Import taxes and duties (VAT)
