Refund policy

For products purchased in this official store, if the customer is not satisfied after receiving the product, he/she can apply for return within 7 days. The user needs to provide relevant purchase receipts and contact our customer service cs1@eleker.com. After we confirm compliance, the product will be returned Ship to the designated address. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the products.

If we confirm that the product is normal after receiving the products, we will arrange a refund.

The returned payment will be refunded according to your payment method. If you use a credit/debit card or bank account for payment, PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) may take some time to process the refund transaction with your bank.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the materials. We recommend that customers take the necessary precautions when returning goods through the use of registration and traceability services.

Freight or express freight is non-refundable. Any discount code with minimum consumption conditions may no longer apply after removing the product from the order.
